Making your date wait is the worst start you can make. Never be late. Never mind if the girl will, in 9 cases out of 10, be atleast half an hour late! Think of it this way, you can check if you look okay when you get there, or maybe you can get a rose for her before she turns up. Either way, it will please her. And that’s a battle half won, guys!

RULE#3: Be chivalrous

Opening doors and drawing chairs may seem a bit over the top but it works. In any case, the least you can do is to make sure your date is comfortable, with both the place and the conversation. In order to avoid confusion later, ask her if she’s okay with the chosen venue. Mind your manners. They make a deep impression.

RULE#4: Pay attention

Listen when she is talking to you. And don’t gape at other girls – not if you want this relationship to work, in any case! Learn what interests her, get to know the person behind the pretty face.

Or atleast offer to… It always looks better if the guy pays. But if she insists on going dutch, don’t object too much.
